All our basketballs are standard size 7 (29.5") and made from composite leather.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As all balls are custom and made to order, unfortunately we do not offer return or refunds due to change of mind or customer's mispelling of personalisation.
In the event a ball has a manufacturer's fault, please contact us at personaball@outlook.com for assistance. All balls are inspected individually before dispatch to help ensure quality assurance of our products.

Each of our balls are personalised with high quality heat transfer vinyl and whilst our basketballs are made from composite leather and are designed for both indoor and outdoor play, we recommend play on indoor smooth surfaces to ensure the protection of the vinyl.
To ensure your ball remains in good condition, please do not leave your ball out in direct sunlight or in wet conditions for extended periods of time. Ensure to never inflate your ball over the intended PSI (inflation guide situated around the inflation guide).
DISPLAY
Do not display your ball in direct sunlight. Ensure to never inflate your ball over the intended PSI (inflation guide situated around the inflation hole).
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Dust with soft cloth or if required, clean with water and non-abrasive cloth only. Avoid any chemical based cleaner which may cause damage the surface of the ball or vinyl.
